Løbetræning hver anden uge

Hej!

Som den opmærksomme måske vil kunne regne ud efter at have set mit brugernavn, starter jeg fra absolut 0. Men vil gerne i gang med løbetræningen.

Jeg har den udfordring at jeg hver anden uge er alene med mine to små børn og derfor ikke har mulighed for at komme på asfalt.

Er der nogen herinde der har et bud på et godt begynderprogam der kun "kræver" egentlig løbetræning hver anden uge?
Er der anden træning (der kan foregå på et stugulv) jeg kan kaste mig over i de uger jeg ikke har mulighed for at løbe?

En kommentar som måske er lidt ved siden af. Men i stedet for at finde undskyldninger for IKKE at komme afsted hver anden uge, så prøv at find en løsning, så du har mulighed for at komme afsted, selvom du har børnene.

Gå en tur med barnevogn / klapvogn i hurtigt tempo, find en barnepige i 2 x 1 time osv. osv.

Jeg vil egentlig gerne rose dig for en rigtig god prioritering - børn når de er der, løb når de ikke er der.

Løbemæssigt er det selvfølgelig ikke ideelt. And so what... :D

En sted at starte kunne være:
- 3 gange løb hver anden uge. Mandag + onsdag/torsdag + søndag.
- diverse supplerende øvelser i børne-ugerne. Core træning, lunges mm er rigtig godt ift løb. Sjipning er måske en mulighed, med mindre du har underboere... :shock: .

Pas på med ikke at løbe dig i hegnet hver anden uge, fordi der jo er en hel uges pause derefter. Ellers er det bare at gøre det!

Hvis du gerne vil løbetræning i ugen med børnene så kunne du:
– Starte sport hvis de har alderen. Mange klubber har tumlehold helt ned til 4 år. Hvis du fx tager børnene med til judo eller fodbold eller miniatletik lørdag formiddag, vil de hurtigt være så trygge at du kan løbe en fin tur på 45 minutter den tur børnenes træning varer.
– Bede en nabo se efter dem i en halv time mens du løber

Men eftersom du starter fra absolut nul er der basalt set en masse træning der kan forbedre dit konditionsniveau:
– Cirkeltræning med kropsvægtøvelser og høj puls.
– investere i nogle kettlebells
– investere i en romaskine (findes på den blå til en fair pris)

Køb eller lej et løbebånd; - det har løst din situation i utallige andre små familier :-)

Alternativt; løb rundt om huset, rundt om blokken, frem og tilbage på vejen udenfor, hvor de kan se dig gennem vinduet; tag dem med på en fodboldbane, som du kan løbe rundt om, mens de leger på midten, eller, eller, eller....

I løbemæssig forstand vil det koste dig dyrt rent træningsmæssigt, hver uge du ikke løber. Og jo; det kan godt lade sig gøre at løbe, uanset hvilken alder dine børn har, og hvor alene du står med dem. Du er ikke den første i den situation, og næppe heller den sidste. Hvis du vil, kan det lade sig gøre :-)

Hej.
Jeg står faktisk lidt i samme situation, hvor jeg hver anden uge har min søn, der endnu er langt fra at være gammel nok til at kunne være alene hjemme.
Jeg kan mærke at det river i mig for at komme ud og tilbageligge nogle kilometer asfalt, når jeg ikke har mulighed for det.
Jeg ved ikke om du allerede gør det, men jeg får utroligt meget ud af at komme ud og gå nogle lange gåture med klapvognen eller noget meget aktiv leg på en legeplads. Bevares, det er ikke det samme, men det giver en form for tilfredsstillelse, og samtidig gør at man ikke går helt i stå hver anden uge.

Som andre skriver så kan man nogle gange være lidt kreativ. Jeg stod i samme situation for nogle år siden og fandt en legeplads på en skole i nærheden, hvor jeg kunne let lade min datter lege mens jeg løb rigtig mange runder i gården. Du kan kombinere det med squads/lungees og involvere dine børn, det synes min datter i hvert fald var ret sjovt at være med til.
